Flares are late model OEM ones. Basically, I made a template from the inside of the flare where the plasic clips are. Then, theres a series of screws/washers that screw up into inner guard (the metal bit). I'm not near the truck at the moment, but I'll try and get some pics off some spare gurads ...

Oh, it runs, i did take a video a few weeks back, but, had a small issue of the fan and shroud making it sound like an old 3.1

So, made a bit more progress this evening. Dash is now done. Still have to install all the auxillary stuff like power outlets, switchgear and hook up uhf's and so on, but its all progressing well.
