Engine Noise In Cabin???

Hi, I have a 4jb1 isuzu mu and i constantly have engine noise coming from the passengers side foot well, I have checked all the obvious (bungs in floor, firewall etc) but nothing out of the ordinary.. I silioconed around the heater pipe holes but still there.. it may sound normal but if you heard it you'd know, it sounds like I have a big hole in my firewall, all my gearbox boots etc are fine and sealed. any help appreciated thanks
