I suspect this is a pretty dumb question, but am I correct in thinking that a 3.5L 2002 Bighorn having "Torque on Demand" does not remove the desirability of having a limited slip diff for off-road work?
I can see that more modern computer-controlled taction systems have probably superseded the mechanical LSD concept, but that wouldn't be the case for a 2002 TOD Bighorn would it?
Limited slip diff for 2002 Bighorn
Re: Limited slip diff for 2002 Bighorn
Limited slip would still be good a manual locker better.
Off road as soon as you go to low range you also select hard 4wd anyway so its no different to older 4wd systems
Question though is which diff you have. I suspect 2002 might be a new diff
