Isuzu MU 1996 Rear Brakes

Hi, I need rear discs and calipers. I cannot find anywhere. Can anyone tell me if the rear axle is the same as the Bighorn or Wizard of the same era? We have numerous Japanese imports here but no parts suppliers. It is disc brakes with park brake shoes on the inside. Otherwise can anybody suggest a modification using more popular, available parts?
